Drivers carry a straightforward mobile companion for job lists and proof of delivery, while managers work from live web dashboards that turn daily movements into fuel, timing and reliability reports.
We combined live GPS tracking with a dispatch console that keeps rerouting practical: jobs can be pulled from one vehicle and handed to another in seconds, maintenance reminders are raised on mileage, and customers can be given honest arrival windows instead of guesses.
Adoption was planned around the depot: one route first, driver onboarding alongside it, then a full switch-over once dispatchers trusted the console on their daily runs.
